1. Account Registration & Activation
To access the full features of LinkUp Chats, including earning opportunities and chat unlocks, users must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide a valid Email and M-Pesa registered Phone Number.
- Complete the Account Activation process by paying the required one-time fee.
- Only maintain one account per person. Multiple accounts will lead to permanent suspension.
2. Earning Opportunities
LinkUp Chats provides various ways to generate earnings:
- Chat & Earn Program: Earn money for every chat.
- Task Earnings: Earn points by watching promotional videos and completing set tasks.
- Spin to Win: Users can use their wallet balance or points to participate in spin games with varying rewards.
3. Withdrawals & Payouts
Withdrawals are processed directly to your registered M-Pesa number. The following rules apply:
- Minimum Threshold: You must have at least KES 200.00 to request a withdrawal.
- Availability: Requests can be made 24/7, any day of the week.
- Processing Time: Funds are usually disbursed within 3 minutes after admin approval.

4. Prohibited Activities
To ensure a fair environment, the following are strictly forbidden:
- Using bots, scripts, or automation to complete tasks or spins.
- Misleading people to join the platform using false information.
- Attempting to exploit or hack the system balance.
- Spamming referral links in unauthorized areas.
Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
5. Limitation of Liability
LinkUp Chats (LinkUpChat Technologies) shall not be liable for any losses resulting from network failures, M-Pesa service outages, or user negligence regarding account security. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
6. Refund Policy
Once funds have been paid, they are non refundable and cannot be reversed under any circumstances.
